Honeymoon - Day 2 - 5/25/11

Boarding Carnival Fantasy

We woke up on Wednesday morning and took a quick swim in the pool at the hotel before having lunch at Jestine's Kitchen.  We got there before the lines but this place is so worth it even if you have to wait!
Brian had their daily special but I had the Fried Chicken.  It was so great, there are no words!
And their Sweet Tea is the best I've ever had.
After a Coconut Cream Pie for dessert, they gave up to go cupf for our Sweet Tea.

From there we only had time for a small amount of walking around before our taxi arrived to take us to the ship.  The boarding process in Charleston was very easy, it took less than an hour.

A couple views of Charleston from the ship:

Carnival Fantasy is not a new ship but it has all the amenities you could want.

We booked a room with a balcony and it was pretty spacious (the room, not the balcony):

Once out to sea, Brian was excited to see a container ship (he works as a freight forwarder)

We opted for late dining in the Celebration Dining Room

It was another packed day so we returned to the room early to find a seal:
